Who We Serve

We provide comprehensive educational support for K-12 students across all learning profiles. Our studio is purposefully designed to support neurodivergent learners, gifted students, English Language Learners (ELL), and students with IEPs or 504 plans, alongside general education students seeking academic enrichment or intervention.

Cancellation

24-hour notice required to avoid being charged for the session.

Make-ups

Eligible cancelled sessions must be made up within 2 weeks of the original date.

Payment Terms

Pay per session at the time of booking, or weekly for ongoing sessions. No monthly contracts or upfront packages.

Confidentiality / FERPA

All student records and progress data are strictly confidential and shared only with authorized guardians.

Photo Release

Strictly opt-in only during the intake process.

Holidays

Studio follows the local public school calendar for major holiday closures; sessions falling on holidays are prorated.

Our professionals are certified teachers, reading and writing specialists, and educators with special education endorsements. We maintain multilingual capacity to support diverse families.

How long is each session?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes of instruction, leaving 10 minutes for tutor documentation and transition.

How often will my child meet with their tutor?

That's entirely up to you! Many families meet 1-2 times per week, but our flexible session model means you can book as often or as little as fits your schedule and budget — no minimum commitment required.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, our interactive online sessions are highly effective and utilize shared digital workspaces.

How do you measure progress?

Progress is tracked through session notes, goal mastery checklists, and formal monthly reports aligned with the initial learning plan.

Can you work with my child's IEP/504?

Absolutely. We specialize in interpreting and aligning our support with existing school-based accommodations.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes, families with multiple students receive a 10% discount on the second child's sessions.

Can we switch tutors if needed?

Yes. The learner-tutor relationship is critical. If it isn't the right fit, we will facilitate a seamless transition to another specialist.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to allow our educators to adjust their schedules.
